Terms of Use

1. What the service is

China2BD (china2bd.site and the China2BD app) has two parts:

• The community. Members post ready stock, products they are looking for, import requests and questions, send each other quotes and messages. These posts, quotes and messages come from members, not from China2BD. We do not check them in advance and we are not a party to any deal between members.
• China2BD Import Assistance. Our own service that helps you buy products in China and bring them to Bangladesh (section 2). For this service only, China2BD is the party you deal with.

2. China2BD Import Assistance

• Request: you tell us what you want to import — product link or photo, quantity, budget and when you need it — with Import with China2BD (in the app: “China2BD-কে দিয়ে আনান”). Only you and the China2BD team see the request. Small quantities are possible.
• Quotation: we reply in your Inbox with a quotation that lists the product price, delivery inside China, shipping to Bangladesh, our fee and other costs, how to pay and the estimated time. Nothing is ordered until you accept the quotation in writing in the Inbox. Seller prices and exchange rates can change until you accept; if they change, we send a new quotation.
• Buying yourself: you may also buy from a seller yourself and have the goods sent to our warehouse in China, and we bring them to Bangladesh. We give the warehouse address and your shipping mark only in a private message from the China2BD team. Do not use an address that anyone else gives you or that you see in a post.
• Shipping time: from our China warehouse to Bangladesh it is usually 10–20 days by air and 45–60 days by sea. These are estimates, not promises: sellers, Chinese holidays, customs, weather and carriers can cause delays.
• Your part: describe the goods truthfully, make sure they may legally be imported into Bangladesh, pay as agreed in the quotation and collect the goods in time.
• Our part and its limits: we do what the accepted quotation says, with reasonable care, and keep you informed in the Inbox. We are not responsible for goods a seller you chose yourself sends wrong, damaged or late before they reach our warehouse; for delays, charges or seizure by customs or other authorities; for goods that are prohibited or restricted; or for indirect losses such as lost profit. If goods are lost or damaged while in our care, we will work with you to put it right, up to the amount you paid China2BD for that order.

3. Account

You must open an account with accurate information and keep your password safe at your own responsibility. You may not let anyone else use your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Rules for publishing posts

China2BD is a community for China–Bangladesh import, wholesale and business. You can post anything about products, sourcing, suppliers, shipping, customs, LC, payment or prices; even short, experimental or incomplete posts will not be blocked. The following may not be published:

• Topics unrelated to business, such as personal life, sports, entertainment or general news.
• Political posts — parties, elections, politicians or political opinions. However, discussion of business rules such as duties, import policy or LC is allowed.
• Attacks on people because of religion, ethnicity, nationality, gender or a similar identity; threats of violence; sexual content; or offers involving drugs, weapons or the exploitation of people.
• Any content that sexualises children, including child sexual abuse material, is strictly forbidden. We remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities. If you see it, report it with the Report button or write to support@china2bd.site .

Users are entirely responsible for making sure their products, imports and transactions comply with the law of the country; China2BD does not verify or guarantee the legality of any seller, product or transaction posted by members. If automated checks block a post, the reason will be shown; you can correct it and submit again, or ask for a manual review by our team. A limit on how often you can post will apply, to prevent excessive requests.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your posts and photos. You give us permission to display and distribute them on the platform. We may remove content that breaks the rules.

6. Deals between members

When you buy from or sell to another member, the money transaction is entirely between you and that member. Do not pay the full amount in advance without verifying the supplier. Keep the terms in writing. China2BD accepts no liability for any loss, fraud or dispute between members. If you see anything suspicious, use the Report button. (Orders placed with China2BD Import Assistance follow section 2.)

7. Verified badge

A "Verified" mark means we have looked at the documents submitted — it is not a guarantee of anyone's honesty or product quality. Do your own checking.

8. Closing accounts

If you break the rules, we may suspend your account temporarily or permanently. You can also delete your account yourself at any time.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. If there is a major change, it will be announced on the site.
